WHAT IS A BAREBOAT CHARTER?

The boat owner can not captain the boat be onboard the vessel at anytime during the charter.
Bareboat Charterers are required to sign a contract upon boarding the vessel.
The Charterer is responsable for hiring and paying a qualified licensed Captain of THEIR choice. We have a list of qualified local captains upon request of the Charterer, but you are NOT required to choose from this list.
The charterer may terminate the captain for good cause at anytime without the boat owners consent.
No provisions are included with the charter.

Can I captain the boat myself?
No, as the charterer of the boat MV Bareboat REQUIRES you to hire a qualified captain of YOUR choice to assist in safe navigation during your charter. We have a list of local qualified USCG licensed Captains but you are NOT required to choose from this list.
How many passengers can be on the boat?
This bareboat charter has a maximum of 10 Adults not including the Captain.
How long is a charter
Mv Bareboat has a minimum of 4 hours per charter either 11 am - 3 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm or you may opt for an 8 hour charter starting anytime after 10 am.
What is the rate for this 4 hour bareboat charter?
This 4 Hour Bareboat Charter for up to 10 passengers with a captain from our list is $1500 (The Captain fee is included in the rate but is to be paid directly to your Captain)
IF you hire a Captain not on our list then a 4 hour Bareboat Charter is $1100 and you pay your Captains fee directly to your Captain.
You will be required to email a copy of your hired Captains active Merchant Mariners License.
